Steeling Dan has been a fixture on the Minneapolis music scene since 2002. Specializing in the music of Steely Dan and Donald Fagen, the 13-piece band spans the complete range from flawless execution to unique reinvention. For any true music fan, the music of Steely Dan needs no introduction. Renowned for their impossibly perfect production value, complex and cynical songwriting style, and a who's-who of A-list session musicians coloring their albums, the brainchild of Donald Fagen and Walter Becker has set a high standard in the oeuvre of modern music. Steeling Dan sets forth to pay tribute to this standard at each performance. A month-end mainstay at Calhoun Square's Famous Dave's, the band has also performed at numerous corporate events, weddings and private parties. WEEK 3 | June 26th
Collective Unconscious is a group of musicians who believe in making good music, whether it be their own originals or covers. CU has packed houses throughout Minnesota with their jam-based acoustic and electric music. CU has garnered a reputation for mounting special shows including the Beatles' Abbey Road, the Beach Boys' Pet Sounds and Simon & Garfunkel's Bridge Over Troubled Water, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young's Deja Vu. Fronted by three singer-songwriters, the band is joined by George Maurer on keys and a multitude of talented area musicians, including members of the Half Steps, The Vees, and many more.

WEEK 4 | July 3rd
Belladiva, the Twin Cities most in demand dance band, features an electrifying ensemble of accomplished singers, dancers, and musicians. Covering a wide variety of music including pop, R&B, disco, rock, country, and jazz, Belladiva knows how to engage a crowd and keep the party going to create an unforgettable celebration!
WEEK 5 | July 10th
Leader and front man of the most widely known and traveled band in America, Johnny Holm is the most entertaining entertainer performing today. The show is dedicated to the fans, and they do most of the entertaining. Mostly impromptu, the show moves with the speed of lightning and changes direction as soon as The pied piper notices a lag. You will never see a dull moment in this show!
WEEK 6 | July 17th
Many miles from the mecca of country music in Nashville and equally far from mainstream country, Minneapolis-based Rocket Club seems to have struck the perfect chord. Using an unusual blend of rich three-part harmonies, arena guitar riffs, honest and intelligent songwriting, and passionate live shows, this group is steadily bringing their country —North Country— to the world.
WEEK 7 | July 24th
Creating a wide range of truly original music and maintaining a devoted fan base are two big hurdles for any band. For the award-winning Kurt Jorgensen Band (KJB), these hurdles are taken in stride. Formed in 2000, this hard-working Minneapolis-based group continues to convert first-time audiences into long-time fans.
WEEK 8 | July 31st
Davina and The Vagabonds are known in The Twin Cities, Minnesota as being the busiest band in town because of their hard-working professionalism, high energy stage performance, and original sound.

WEEK 9 | August 7th
A St. Cloud, Minnesota area rock and roll band made up of four guys who have earned their hair lines. Individually, each one of these veteran musicians have been playing music for nearly 25 years and have the talent to show for it. As a group, The Receders have merged their skills into a tight musical experience that audiences appreciate for their variety of familiar songs and undeniable dance-appeal.
WEEK 10 | August 14th
"This is the only thing I ever wanted to do", says Brian Leighton. And 15 years, 3,000 shows and a dozen discs later he's still doing it -- better than ever before. The leader and namesake of gb leighton, who calls himself "a working class kid from a Twin Cities suburb who loves to put on a good show" is arguably the region's most popular rocker. His six-piece band performs some 200 shows a year across the upper midwest at such varied venues as nightclubs, county fairs and church festivals.

Now one of the most popular acts in Central Minnesota, this musical group is in a constant stage of metamorphosis! Every show we bring to the stage is different. We start with a core band of 5 seasoned pros and bring in guest artists to fit each "themed" show we perform. Playing "themed" shows for sellout audiences since 2006. Each theater show, a sit-down, multimedia, story telling event is a brand new theme.
